Por get Carter and pick rights back. Now they can trade 1sts starting with 2025 to get upgrade etc.

* Roughly current standings

Hard no from POR.

POR trades a likely late lotto FRP and a high SRP for what will most likely be a SRP and a ham and egger backup?

Not close.

Depends how much POR want to use draft picks to upgrade list, they currently can’t do that until 2028( I think?)
Maybe just give the GSW pick to bulls and get the rights back to the pick owed to bulls
Fan Logic - Doesn’t shot 3’s = No good
It’s Giddey NOT Giddy

With the 12th pick Chicago Bulls Select: NOA ESSENGUE

Better to use a lotto pick when you have it than trade it and a high SRP for a jabroni and a pick that will not be a lotto pick and might end up a SRP.

Nah, this is a bad trade for Portland straight up. You don’t trade a lotto pick just for the flexibility of trading away their own picks, especially when they are already sitting on extra tradable picks they own of other teams anyway. Portland isn’t close to being in a position to trade their whole treasure chest of picks for a star looking for a winning situation.
