That’s clutchfans TBN, let me be a shameless flip flopper.

Van-Vleet / Brogdon
Bridges / Brogdon
Thompson / Whitmore
Smith / Eason
Sengun / Adams

That’s not bad though is it? Keep the 2026 first allowing us to stay flexible with future trades… but yeah CF’s me has a point that’s probably too close to a lateral move for those picks.

I can see three trades - all stand alone.

SAC gets CJohnson for Huerter, small salary filler, 2025 SAC 1st (pro 4/4/4)
- SAC hopefully gets the forward that fits. BKN eats Huerter salary for a pick. Can adjust to lower protection or add another pick if needed.

UTA gets 2025 POR 1st (pro 14/14/14/14/ext); CHI gets DFS, Schroder, #27; BKN gets #11, Ball, filler.
OR (without UTA): CHI gets DFS, Schroder for LBall, DTerry, 2025 POR 1st (pro 14/14/14/14/ext).
- CHI dumps dead salary for two guys that will contribute in its weak spots. Lets CHI keep trying with a solid core.

HOU - get Mikal for Tate, Landale, JGreen, picks [2025&2027 swaps back, #9, 2026 first back]
- I think the picks are enough (maybe too much). But, the Rox could send future pick or one of (Eason/Whitmore/Amen) if value was needed).
- (also - could see version where HOU sends Vleet which works if the trades were all done together giving HOU a $20m TE - or Vleet could be dealt to a third team - I would much prefer to keep Brooks over Vleet)
- Houston adds a sf that can shoot and defend. The Houston defense was really good until Eason got hurt. Having a defensive group of Brooks/Eason/Mikal/Jabari would be strong. I think HOU would overpay a little for that reason - and the fact that certain star players go off (Doncic averaging 42ppg, Kyrie 33 ppg) against them.
pg - Green, Vleet (or not), Amen
sg - Mikal
sf - Brooks, Whitmore
pf - Jabari, Eason
c - Sengun, Adams
- that would be a strong defensive team with solid shooters - and several scoring options depending on matchups (Green/Whitmore/Sengun).

For BKN, close to total reset. Simmons salary is killing them - just like Wall was a dead weight for HOU. Spends 2025 evaluating CThomas, Whitehead and Clowney along with pick #9 (maybe #11). Pay Claxton.
If done as package, Vleet and Huerter would be solid to help young guys develop.
Look forward to 2025 draft and offseason: probably $60 mil plus to spend, PHX pick, its own high pick, SAC pick. If they get lucky in draft lottery then they are decent fast with a chance at a real star (2025 draft has potential - Cooper Flagg, Ace Bailey, Dillon Harper).

No 2025 pick swap = no Bridges

Sending Bridges away means tanking.

The Nets can not do so as long as Houston has the pick swap unless Houston trades away their good players and both teams are tanking.

Nets should of took that earlier Houston trade offer with Jalen Green and picks for Bridges, Green been on fire. But idk if that was legit or just a rumor
