I think he'd help Orl. A great vet, awesome teammate and he would elevate their D even more. Plus, he's a good 3 point shooter.
Bulls focus on Ayo/Lavine/White in the backcourt for now, and add a young piece. Plus, they save $ to resign their guys
Not sure of the exact value
Caruso/#11 for #18/Howard/Den 1st
Orl adds a stud and moves up a bit in the draft
Bulls add an ok forward prospect (whose value has dropped) and the Den 1st (which is probably a late 1st but one injury to Jokic-with the depth out West-it could turn into a nice asset since it's only top 5 protected). Plus, they save $
Caruso to Orl

I think Bulls would need more value here.
I have it as: #11 <=> #18 + Den 1st
Then Caruso >> Howard

Bulls need more. Also, the Magic need a guard that can create and shoot the 3 well at high volume

Re: Caruso to Orl
We have Black and Suggs for defense. I love Caruso but he's just not a very good fit. Magic need offense from their guards. Caruso is also on an expiring contract. I think if there was a trade to be made here, #18 for Caruso makes sense, but also i can see the Heat/Sixers/Kings beating that offer by offering their pick instead.

Re: Caruso to Orl
Magic really don't need another defensive specialist, despite hitting his all-time scoring avg of 12 ppg...ORL needs volume shooting in the backcourt.

Caruso is a good player. We already have a younger version of him in Suggs. We need a legit PG to provide some shooting gravity and that really isnt Caruso's game

Re: Caruso to Orl
Makes a lot of sense with Atlanta and Murray. Atlanta should value Caruso next to Trae and Orlando should value Murray.. Orlando can split their value between Orl and Atl
But the value in OP favors Orlando, even if they don’t do it.
