Brown gives Thibs a perfect player for his system as a defender who can eat some minutes come playoff time while moving up 5 slots in the draft.
Raptors save a bit money (roughly 2.5 million) (Both Brown & Bogs expire) and get an extra first rounder for moving down 5 slots.

No thank you. I don't see the benefits of trading 2 first rounders to upgrade slightly in the draft while swapping one expiring for another. Would prefer to keep those picks for useful depth.
Why rely on nuance, facts and logic when you can bludgeon the other side with mindless repetition of "Duuur McDaniel's has potential
