Re: ATL - BKN - NYK Trade
Hawks pass on Randle for sure and the guy in this trade the Hawks should be going after is Bridges.

I don't know why Atlanta wouldn't just cut out the Knicks here. They'd want Bridges for themselves.

Re: ATL - BKN - NYK Trade
If it was last year sure, but this season Julius had his best season as a Knick and Mikal looked a lot worse than he did last year. I think most fans would pass on this. Julius is pretty much here for the long run… too good a fit with Jalen n OG.

Re: ATL - BKN - NYK Trade
No way Knicks getting Bridges to team up with OG w/o giving up the latter. Besides that, the Hawks will be selecting one of Zac or Sarr with no need for Randle.

Re: ATL - BKN - NYK Trade
Not a fan of this for New York. Brunson's awesome, but he needs someone else that can create for themselves & others.
It's striking how much less efficient Brunson is without Randle...and we often end up having to dig ourselves out of first quarter holes since Jalen takes some time to figure out a defense, whereas Julius typically comes out of the gates hot and cools off as teams send more & more help his way.
Bridges would obviously be a great fit as our #2 perimeter defender, but as our 2nd option offensively he'd be disappointing and wouldn't let us rest Jalen as much as Julius does.

Brunson: So what are you paid to do?
Hart: Run around like an idiot during the game and f*** s*** up!
