I would be trading Butler and Rozier. Butler should return something of value, Rozier you just hope someone values what he did in Charlotte and takes the contract off your hands. Put Herro in a more featured role for the season, if he elevates his game trade him at the deadline for value if you are just treading water. Reassess in the offseason - you have more assets, do you need to rebuild or retool?
