Almost fair, but here's a reasonable adjustment of the trade (include below)

Not bad, send my team 5+ unprotected firsts then it's fair.

I don't think I'd offer anything of value for Ingram to be honest.

What makes Eason so valuable? Not sarcastic, just wondering. He is 10/7 on 22 minutes/g.

91st percentile D-EPM last year as a rookie, 95th in a small sample this year. Incredible defender and rebounder that has shot well enough to get guarded and provides scoring off offensive rebounds

Value wise, its fine, but its just not something I could see the Pacers going for.

I do think the Pacers should trade Nembhard, but the trade needs to make more sense.

I am a defense first person about 98% of the time. However in this instance scoring is needed by Houston.
When Green was having big games people were excited because it was missing.
The biggest issue with taking on Ingram is still having Green on the wing and a porous defense.

Houston values Eason because he is needed next to a Centerpiece like Sengun. He's young and can grow into that 3/4 stopper that a team would need next to a finesse center. Bari could also grow into that, but he's much slimmer and will likely never be able to "bang" with the big guys down low. I view Bari's ceiling as a homeless man's KD, while Tari could be a Draymond lite type.
