Hornets/Suns

Post#1 » by louc1970 » Sat Jun 22, 2024 1:22 am

Hornets trade Micic, Williams, Richards
Suns send Allen, Little, #22.

Suns need role players that can play now. They have little use for the draft pick.
Trading for a PG, young PF and young rim runner is better than Allen and/or waiting for a rookie to improve.
Hornets get a SG and a later pick to use and fill gaps. At 22 they could get a Carrington, Edey, Holmes, etc

Can it be done in 2 trades?
Allen for Williams/Richards
Little for Micic

No. Phx cannot take in more than 100% of outgoing in any individual trade.

Plus Allen is head and shoulders better than anything Charlotte is offering regardless.

Grayson Allen would be the #1 pick in this draft. Value is really off

On top of all the other CBA issues, Allen can’t technically been moved til October. That makes 2024 draft capital pretty much impossible to include. What’s your offer for Nurk and #22?

you are welcome to keep him then, because I guarantee you not even Grayson Allen's mom believes that.

Allen can’t be traded til about 3 months after the draft. And Phoenix can’t aggregate.

No need to overvalue/undervalue anyone since the deal is impossible…

I don’t think there is an offer unless you want Richards alone. I don’t value Nurk more than Williams.

Well, there is a first round pick included too.
