Bamba didn't get a Q.O. because he already had an extension with the Magic at just below it in place. I don't think Okoro will do a deal like that. If push comes to shove, he probably plays on the Q.O. and leverages his Bird rights against the fact that the Cavs will have no way of replacing him next summer.
