Yup. But more likely-turning #37 into 2-3 future 2nds to a team who really wants a player who slides to #37.

I'm a big proponent of keep rolling over 2nds as a rebuilding team. Eventually, in 2-4 years when Detroit is ready to add specific players as a team trying to win now, they can cash in some of the 2nds they have accumulated.

Boring, but likely optimal.
