Cleveland: S&T Okoro 3/36 and Niang
Philly: S&T Tobias Harris 3/69
Tobias Harris likely wore out his welcome in Philly. In this trade Philly gets there guy Niang back and Okoro can either be a primary defender at SG to allow George and Maxey initiate offense.

Re: Cleveland/Philly
Philly will have to waive his cap hold to sign PG. So this would be out. If PG doesn't sign there, they are very unlikely to pivot to Okoro/Niang.
This feels like a deal that takes Cleveland into consideration but not Philly really at all.

Re: Cleveland/Philly
Philly is going to save that money for PG. Then Maxey gets his money. They can't really do anything like this. They'd get hardcapped

Philly only had to waive 3/5 of 5 capholds between Harris, Batum, Melton, Hield, and Covington. I’d be surprised if they waived Harris’s given he has the most value especially in a S&T

The premise of the trade would be after George is signed obviously

They can maybe play with the timing of Maxey's new contract, but I think using the MLE like that might put them into apron territory.
