Grizzlies trade:

John Konchar, Ziare Williams & 26 PHX/WAS/ORL 1st

Blazers trade:

Robert Williams III & 26 MEM 2nd

Memphis rationale:

Recieve an experienced big who they can preserve for situational and marquee matchups with their deep frontcourt
They lose a prospect, but get their 2nd back next year to add a cheaper one

MORANT - BANE - SMART - JACKSON - JACKSON JR

Portland rationale:

Upgrade a pick next year and take a chance on Ziare in his contract year
Clingan should be ready for minutes at least behind Ayton & I believe all they want is a 1st for RW

HENDERSON - SIMONS - SHARPE - GRANT - AYTON

Zero interest in giving a 1st for RWill. Zaire/Rose/2 2nds would be my offer.

That wouldn't do it for Portland.

Looking at rosters & payrolls, I'm not sure the two teams are good trading partners right now.

I just don't see anyway that Timelord has positive value due to his injury history. He's played 41 games, total, over his last two seasons. His career average is in the low 30s. His career average for minutes played per game is in the low 20s so it doesn't seem like you'll be able to load manage your way to healthy season.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Timelord isn’t worth a first. Pains me to say it because, along with Isaiah Thomas, are probably my favorite players in the past couple of decades for the Celtics. Timelord is such a unique defensive talent with his ability to wreak havoc all over the floor and his offensive game is underrated as a passer to go along with being a premier lob threat.

He just can’t stay healthy. He’s chronically injured at this point. Portland is probably best off keeping him. He won’t get anything of value unless he’s healthy. And honestly, even if he stayed healthy all year, the history is so concerning that he might still not even return much.

I'd be open to a Thybulle for Z Williams +2 seconds ('25 Hou/OKC & '27 ATL) swap

Pass for POR.

Can understand not wanting to send a FRP but we don’t want either player.
