Cleveland receives: De'Andre Hunter
Houston receives: Max Strus, 2030 top 5 protected pick swap and 2031 top 5 protected first (top 5 2032, otherwise 2 2nds).
Why?
Cleveland gets a much-needed starting SF.
Atlanta gets some solid assets.

Cleveland's not giving up that kind of value for Hunter. Feels like an easy pass for them.
Well at least we're not Detroit!

Easy yes for Atl but Cle surely doesn’t do it.

Re: Cle / Atl
I'd rather have Strus than Hunter straight up. Also pretty certain the money doesn't work with taxes/aprons (or Cleveland would have to rescind Okoro's QO), ATL would need to absorb Niang too.

Re: Cle / Atl
Straight up or with a couple 2nds, I'd swap Stus for Hunter in a heartbeat.
This team isn't close enough to contention to be mortgaging picks in 2030 and beyond though.
