But did you bother to look into Brunson's production in Dallas as compared to his first season with Randle in NY. Of course you didn't.

Is this a joke? You do know whom he was playing alongside in Dallas, right? That one Slovenian guy who's arguably the most heliocentric handler in the league?

He went from taking 13 shots a game and average roughly 16 points to taking 17 shots and averaging 24 points per game. Without Randle for half a season he jumped to 27. Statically he showed the biggest improvement with Randle.

There are these things called free throws that offensive possessions sometimes end with. They figure into PPG, and a player is logically going to get more of them if he's an on-ball guard who gets more time on the ball. Brunson scored 16 PPG on roughly 15 opportunities in his final season in Dallas, and 24 on about 22.5 opportunities in his first season with the Knicks. His true shooting rose from 58.3% to 59.7%. Significant but nowhere near the boost you're claiming.

For that matter, 24 points on 17 shots (70.6% TS) would have been otherworldly efficient and would rank as one of the most efficient high-volume seasons for a guard of all time or possibly THE most efficient. If any non-center has breached 70% on high volume, it was a very long time ago. No player at any position has done it in the last decade (I stopped at the 2013-2014 season). Only Durant has come close during that period.

That's why I explained why Randle would be so helpful. Replacing Ivey and Stewart with a guy like Randle who can score, rebound, pass well would be a good thing. He's got versatility that many players on the Pistons lack.

It means two non-shooters on the perimeter. And you've once again have dodged explaining how this would be a game-changer for the Pistons in their current state, and once again dodged the question of how it would be "no big whoop" if he were to simply leave after a season.

You're repeated responses were honest admissions that you know very little about Randle and what he could do for Detroit.

...

Complaining about spelling rather than acknowledge the points I made makes that pretty transparent.

I've addressed all of your points. You've persistently avoided answering mine where it's inconvenient for you to do so.

And if you don't even know a player's name -- which you did not -- then it would be at least substantially apparent that you know little about him, though that was made clear enough by your statements about his situation with the Pistons -- falsities which you have, revealingly, declined to acknowledge.

I have answered all your points you just don't want to admit you're wrong. I am done with you.
Why rely on nuance, facts and logic when you can bludgeon the other side with mindless repetition of "Duuur McDaniel's has potential :tooth and still be treated as if you were reasonable.

That claim is easily disproven by a quick glance at your post history.

You misspelled proven. It doesn't have "dis" in front.

But anyway, as I said I am done with you. You're more concerned with Ivey's last name being spelled correctly than in having a fact based discussion
