Wouldn't take that if I were Houston. Probably needs to be Eason or Green instead of Smith.

Unless you think Green is a better starter next to Mitchell than Garland (I don't), I can't see the Cavs making that trade. Green will be making as much as Garland after next summer. I can squint and see Murray as a better fit if Atkinson can't get more out of the current roster.

Green would be going to SAC in this hypothetical, the Cleveland return would still be Murray/Brooks/1st. (Which I wouldn't take for chemistry reasons with Mitchell/Brooks, but it's at least reasonable.)
