Maybe to the casual outside looking in fan.

Two potential all star players that both carry the ability to be 2nd options is a GREAT problem to have for any Magic fan.

Both have an unselfish mentality, both are young, both are still improving, both fit perfectly and more importantly both are easily tradeable in any context.

There is nothing negative about this situation.

Not fitting will suggest they overlap in skill set, position, mindset or timeline. Neither of those are concerns here.

Well you said Suggs might be the 2nd option. Franz signed a rookie max extension. If after signing that deal he isn't the 2nd option that would be less than an ideal resource allocation/overpayment by the organization. If he in fact is the 2nd option, than Suggs isnt.
