BULLS 25 frp is Top 10 protected...they NEED to stop screwing around and clean house NOW!
LAL has maybe a couple of LBJ seasons...they need to go for it NOW!
ORL has an amazing defense but an offense sitting squarely on the shoulders of Paolo & Franz iso-ing
Good news...I've solved everyone's problems

LAL sends: Rui Hachimura, Jaxson Hayes, Deangelo Russell
LAL gets: KCP, Vuc
Why: perfect fits for their needs. For those worried about ORL "optics", KCP would be thrilled - he got the deal he wanted and is heading back to a legit "right now" contender that he's familiar with. Vuc is a beautiful fit next to AD - they need stronger defensive rebounding and floor spreading - that's Vuc. AD still gets minutes at C when matchups, etc warrant it. KCP is a champion 3&D killer who drops right in and improves any playoff team not featuring his younger clone, Jalen Suggs at the other guard spot.
CHI sends: Vucevic, Zach Lavine
CHI gets: Rui Hachimura, DeAngelo Russell (exp), Jaxson Hayes (exp), Cole Anthony (1y then TO), Gary Harris (expiring/TO),
Why: Time to get serious about a rebuild BEFORE they watch SAS grab their #11 pick this summer. Interesting young talent, expiring deals, picks. I don't know that they even command any draft equity, given the financial flexibility they gain here. They might even explore buyouts or quick flips with guys like Russell and Harris, who might help a playoff team.
ORL sends: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Cole Anthony, Gary Harris
ORL gets: Zach Lavine
Why: Suddenly championship offensive potential to go with top 5 defense. Honestly, ORL doesn't give up anyone that is critical to their current rotation...KCP's really not a fit, despite his impressive defense, even if his proven 3pt shooting was present (I don't question that it will return and I think LAL wouldn't doubt or devalue him based on a small sample). I'd rather grab Coby White to ORL, but the $$ just can't work and CHI would and should demand draft compensation if they'd even discuss it. The financial burden of Lavine IS nothing to sneeze at, but he expires in 2027 (assuming he exercises his PO). ORL still retains all of it's draft capital and can use it to upgrade C or bench rotation, if desired, or maybe as part of a bigger draft night deal with WCJ or others. Let's not forget what an explosive and versatile 3-level scorer Lavine is and what a solid cast of defenders ORL boasts, even without KCP. Black's emergence really makes KCP that much more expendable.
