This combines ideas from the Randle thread and the GS/BKN thread. Definitely too big, etc., but I think it helps everyone.
GS Out: Kuminga, Melton
GS In: Schroder, Z. Williams, Pistons 1st
Warriors need a player like Schroder. Kuminga is not a great fit and he may be too expensive to keep in the offseason. They get a 1st and Zaire Williams which they may be able to flip for something else in the offseason.
BKN Out: Bogdanovic, Schroder, Z. Williams
BKN In: G. Williams, C. Martin, T. Mann, D. Melton, 2nd Best of '27 MIA/CHA/DAL 1sts
Take a flyer on a young point guard in Tre Mann to replace Schroder. Get a future 1st for bit pieces. Hope you can recoup value for Grant Williams' contract next season. (Must cut a player).
MIN Out: Randle, Pistons 1st (Top 13 '25, Top 11 '26, Top 9 in '27, or 27 2nd)
MIN In: Kuminga, Bogdanovic
Randle doesn't fit. Trade him for a young, athletic 4 who can grow with Ant. Add a shooter who can be resigned next year at a lower price. Save $6 million off the tax this year. (Must cut a player).
CHA Out: G. Williams, C. Martin, T. Mann, 2nd Best of '27 MIA/CHA/DAL 1sts
CHA In: Randle
Hornets are ready to compete for the playoffs. Randle helps them do that this year and can likely be be resigned at a lower contract in the offseason. Maybe he has a an Big Al Jefferson type revitalization in Charlotte.

Re: Combining Ideas: GS/MIN/BKN/CHA (Kuminga, Randle, Schroder)
I'd pass for Charlotte. Mann is pretty important for us, and a trade reduces our number of viable playmakers behind LaMelo to zero. (which is why Melo basically has to be peak Steph and Luka rolled into one in order for us to stay in games over the last couple games lol)
Find a different team to donate a 1st and a young player for Randle.
Based on the CHA/UTA thread from earlier today, Collins can be had without sending either asset, and I would comfortably prefer that to giving up both of them for Randle.

Re: Combining Ideas: GS/MIN/BKN/CHA (Kuminga, Randle, Schroder)
I dont think its nearly as black and white as "Randle doesn't fit". Randle's fit, or lack thereof, doesnt account for McDaniels not playing especially well on either end of the court nor for Conley's lackluster performance - when he's healthy enough to play.
I'd need to know a lot more about what Kuminga is looking for on his next contract. And I'm already pretty hesitant on that given the team that already knows him best couldn't come to an agreement with him. And while going from Randle to JK should improve the defense, JK provides even less spacing and also doesn't really provide a secondary playmaker that Randle can be on offense. Bogdanovic still isnt healthy enough to fully practice yet 7 months after surgery. Maybe by the new year he's a help off the bench? From my point of view, Minnesota isn't going to add in one of the few 1st round assets they still have in a deal that tries to solve one "fit" problem while potentially creating another. And without that 1st I'm sure another team backs out.
