Not bad value, just the wrong player. Mann will be available in March, and he will likely be the guy that is traded.

Are you talking about trading Mann next season? Do you expect the Clippers to make a trade this year? What would you expect to get in return for Mann?

It's likely to be an offseason play. Clippers have too many wings and need to find minutes for guys like Jordan Miller.

Not sure who we could get, but Mann has been solid for the team over the past few years.

The only trade for this year would have to be centered around PJ Tucker who has less than zero value.

Even if you have a bunch of 2nds, more 2nds is always helpful. Lets you overpay in 2nds when you decide to turn around and buy. We've seen lots of deals where useful players get traded for 3 or 4 2nds.

We need to stop pretending things with value have no value. This used to the Magic fan mantra insisting their franchise didn't value 2nd round picks yet Orlando always had extra 2nds IRL so clearly they did value them.

They have value. Not a lot. But you can pile them up and do stuff. Happens all the time.
