Chicago in: Jimmy Butler, Kel'el Ware, and Kyle Anderson
Chicago out: Nikola Vucevic, Patrick Williams, Coby White, and Josh Giddey
Golden State in: Nikola Vucevic, Coby White, Haywood Highsmith, Kevin Love, and Pelle Larson
Golden State out: Jonathan Kuminga, Kyle Anderson, Buddy Hield, Gary Payton, and Kevon Looney
Miami in: Jonathan Kuminga, Patrick Williams, Josh Giddey, Buddy Hield, Kevon Looney, and Gary Payton
Miami out: Jimmy Butler, Kel'el Ware, and Haywood Highsmith, Kevin Love, and Pelle Larson
* Heat will have to waive one player - have options between Johnson, Richardson, and Burks
Bulls:
Ball/Ayo/Carter
LaVine/Terry/THT
Butler/Anderson/Duarte
Craig/Buzelis/Phillips
Smith/Ware
Chicago listens to the calls for a rebuild, says "F it" and goes all in around Butler with eyes towards making a big run in a potentially vulnerable Eastern Conference. The lineup, on paper, is pretty solid.
Warriors:
Curry/Schroder/Moody
White/Podziemski/Larson
Wiggins/Highsmith/Waters
Green/Highsmith/Santos
Vucevic/Jakcson-Davis/Love
Warriors add Vucevic, White and Highsmith for Kuminga, expiring, and get off Hield and Anderson's contract. Move gives them a floor spacing big who's also a great defensive rebounder. Vuc is not a good defensive center as the world knows, but having Green and Wiggins next to him should provide much more support on that end than he's received in Chicago. Coby joins new addition Schroder to provide backcourt depth and scoring for the Warriors. Highsmith provides forward depth lost by moving Kuminga.
Heat:
Giddey/Rozier/Payton
Herro/Robinson/Hield
Williams/Jaquez
Kuminga/Jovic/H
Adebayo/Looney/Love
Heat said they won't rebuild - they move Butler for 3 young players in Giddey-Williams-Kuminga that can play and contribute right now along with some expiring contracts and Hield. The young players acquired can fit in right around their two best players in Herro and Bam.
It's a lot of players which makes everything more difficult, but I think it aligns with each teams stated goals:
Bulls want to make the playoffs - Butler greatly increases the talent of their team. Ware gives them another nice young piece.
Warriors upgrade their center spot and get some cost controlled depth on multi-year deals in White and Highsmith
Heat won't rebuild. They get three young players that can step in and play now.

Re: CHI | GSW | MIA: Another Jimmy Butler Trade
The Bulls hear the calls for a rebuild so they keep Zach Lavine, move Coby White, Patrick Williams and Josh Giddey to get Jimmy Butler and Kyle Anderson.
They go 'all in' from a potential almost play in team to first round loser. Butler yes is a proven playoff veteran, Lavine, Vucevic the complete opposite, they annually are fishing in April. And after they lose they're stuck with more years of Vucevic and Lavine and if they think those two Butler a year older gives them another better shot they're lying to themselves.

I think Chicago could be a destination. But not with what’s left of a roster there.

Utterly terrible deal for the Bulls.
Butler will not return 6 solid rotation players with 3 of them younger types. He has minimal trade value with his age & contract situation.
