Zion makes more sense for Chicago if they are losing Lavine in the deal.

How so? If they're going for Zion it's because they are praying he'll be a new man in Chicago and lead them to wins, in which case a #2 like Lavine and #3 like Vucevic would seem like very nice fits to help them secure another play-in appearance.

Brunson: So what are you paid to do?
Hart: Run around like an idiot during the game and f*** s*** up!

I don't think Zion gets them over the top, especially if they are losing two first rounder towards building the team.
If they get off of Levine and are building around Zion they can use their cap space and draft picks to rebuild around Zion.

If ownership would let their FO rebuild they wouldn't be in their current situation
