Did Ball fall off later this year?

I seem to recall looking at him at the 1/4 point, and being like, dang he is having a great year.

Looks pedestrian when I look now and probably wouldnt offer much.

yup, check his game log, you can see exactly where he start to fall off (lines up with him missing games with injury)

Well I mean in addition to what everyone else was talking about the whole always getting injured thing is another factor in you probably not getting the offers you would want. Has averaged 46 games played

I don’t see a deal in the cards. He is signed for a long time so if we don’t get good value we can just wait.

We don’t have somebody else we need to sign with that money, so no real urgency.

LaMelo would be a great seemless fit on Toronto especially with Barnes and Ingram problem is what does this team give? Obviously you have to move Quickley and I doubt Charlotte would be intrested. You'd have to find a team to take him on and send assets/picks to Charlotte and Toronto property is giving up their 2027 unprotected pick and Charlotte has tyre right to swap picks this year.

I think Houston makes the most sense and I wouldn't count out Orlando

I can see a scenario y'all get the #2 pick that would give us a chance to get Dylan Harper in the draft to replace Melo for the future.

If that Raptors pick isn't top 3 at least I probably wouldn't be interested in a deal with Toronto at that point.

I agree if Toronto is picking #3 I think 3 + Quickley is better off keeping and trying to make the playoffs over LaMelo
