What do you mean by "fine"? Below the 2nd apron? The first apron? The tax line?
Randle will make $31M if he opts in. It's not really practical to clear that much at the deadline. Teams don't usually carry that much cap.
2nd apron. No reason/expectation to go below that. Don’t have to clear the full 31m.
