I'll vote Kawhi. I just can't see him ever being able to play consistently to help a team get into the post-season and play 4 series.
Quickley is an above average offensive player (Probably closer to average as an actual PG and slightly below average for starting PGs) but his contract is actually going to age well, assuming he simply maintains his level.
His contract is a flat 32 Million is under 20% in 2 years and around 15% in 4 seasons.
