Monk is actually interesting. He's shown some playmaking chops this season and has upped his scoring.

I don't think the Kings want anything to do with Caruso. At least they shouldn't.

We don't need any more shooting guards, and we aren't in a position to trade Monk for a worse playmaker.

If we trade Monk it should be for a real point guard with some size.

I wasn’t implying the Kings should trade for Caruso. I was simply saying Monk in OKC would be interesting.

I'm not attached to Monk. I think he's a top tier 6th man, lower end volume starter/2ndary playmaker.

Id actually really like him in OKC. Maybe there's a 3 way deal that would make more sense?

Lakers would like Caruso, but not sure they’re giving up two good defenders for him, particularly given his injury history.
