They seem to be very far from contention, so the goal would be to get the maximum amount of space for 2026 free agency. Wiggins/Anderson for Hachimura/Maxi/Vincent... this saves the HEAT an extra 40 million by 26... you can probably get extra value for Hachimura later.

As long as Riley is the GM, Miami is not going to trade everyone away and build through the Draft or bet the house on FA 2026 (who exactly is Miami going to get if the team is complete garbage?)
If Miami gets outrageously lucky, they'll miss the playoffs and jump into the top-3 in the Draft + have Golden St's pick (should land between 17-22). Otherwise Miami is currently slated to pick somewhere between 8-11th. That would give Miami the chance to make a legit run at a whale (KD, Zion) or try to pick up really good pieces (FVV, M Turner, Cam Johnson).
