Low level all star? He’s had a great season. He will be all nba if he comes back for the last three games of the season. I don't think he is a “high value target” at 37 and I don’t think the offer on this OP is of high value.

He's a scorer, they get overrated in awards and always have.

Going to look at the stats, I may have been a bit generous based off past rep, looks straight up sub allstar by any stat I'm seeing. Guy is currently the 1B on an 11 seed and declining. Great career, arguable top 20 ever, but he's not that guy anymore.
I bought a boat.

I guess. Randle isn’t much more than a contract that the Wolves hope gets off their books next season whether by trade or free agency.

I am not sure this is still the position on Randle, either by the team or the new owners. We’ll see.

He is definitely playing better but Playoff Julius is on deck  But if he has a good PO then things can change. How teams play the next couple months will dictate a lot of the KD market.

26/6/4 on 53/43/84 with 64% TS is pretty elite. And his individual defense has been good. The team has played terribly and without heart all season. I’m not sure how he has disappointed individually other than leadership and if I were a team without an alpha I would not trade for KD. Book has failed miserably in that respect the last two seasons as well.

KD has seen some real decline already over the past couple of seasons and at 37 is almost certain to see the trend continue. Add in the $54M one year contract and this seems like it would be a very shortsighted move for Minnesota. The Wolves should be focussing on re-signing Naz and NAW and figuring out what to do with Randle.

I actually agree and would rather send him to Miami if the aforementioned OKC/HOU deals are off the table.
What do you imagine the offer from Miami to be? Rozier/Robinson/Ware+2FRP?

Zero interest to trade Ware for 37 year old Durant

I wonder where PR is on that? I don’t think excluding Ware is necessarily a deal killer but he and the picks have all the value in this iteration. And quite frankly Robinson and Rozier aren’t positive value for the Suns.

You’d rather have Randle than Gobert? That’s wild.

I have that guy on ignore. His posts are awful. I didn't even know he quoted me till you quoted him lol.

Suffice to say, I'd rather have Rudy than Julius Randle.

Someone please help me understand the upside of the Wolves giving away good value for KD? We already only have 3 bigs, and two of them are expiring. KD is a PF with the nickname Slim Repear. We already have a Slim McDaniels. Going undersized giving up Gobert without the money to get a true C is insane. Giving up Randle to get KD means we take back enough money to cost us Naz and probably NAW. I think no matter how you approach this the Wolves MUST NOT bid on KD!
