The only franchises that seem to have figured out that FO and coaching stability are key to success are Golden St, Miami, and San Antonio. OKC is getting there, at least as far as Presti goes.

Teams that have been perennially bad should be lining up offers for Jenkins and Malone.


Dallas used to know this. Donnie and Rick lasted forever with Mark. But then something we still don't know the story of happened with Donnie and Rick wasn't sticking around taking orders from HarlaBob and yada yada the Mavs trade Luka Doncic.....

But yeah, hire good people. Let them do their jobs. Don't overreact to a down year.
