Would a team of Giannis, Cam Thomas, Cam Johnson, C Flagg, D. Sharpe, D. Whitehead, N. Clowney, T. Watford, D. Timme, Z. Williams, and another rookie or two with a key vet or two be able to compete in the East?

News flash for everyone - There is only a handful of players that are untouchable when it comes to a trade for Giannis for whatever reason ( top 5, franchise player etc..)
