Portland trades: Simons, Grant, #10 for PG, #5
Orlando trades: KCP, #16 for Simons
Philly trades: PG, #5 for KCP, Grant, #10, #16

Of course Philly is very unlikely to end up at #5 post-lottery, either moving into the top-4 or moving down - perhaps down far enough to lose their pick to OKC.

Portland would have to really love who is at 5, but I think in most scenarios if this was on the table I would cut Phili out so Portland keeps the #10 and swaps Simons for KCP and #16. Then they can seek a follow up trade potentially using 10 and 16 to see if they can move up some without having to take on PG13.
