Suns(reorganize)Mavs(Consolidate)Nets (Charge)

SUNS
In: Gafford/Washington/Martín/Cam Johnson/Russell (ST)
Out:KD/Beal/Future FRP

Gafford/Richards
Washington/Dunn
Johnson/Royce
Booker/Martín
Russell/Allen

They reject the options of Micic and Cody Martin..
They fit Booker's timeline, surrounding him with good defenders, and bringing in the closest thing to a PG who also happens to be one of Booker's best friends. They move away from the 2-apron and save a ton of money on taxes...
After this trade, they could still try to solidify a veteran who provides elite scoring like Demarco? Or someone like RJ Barrett? With Allen/Royce or Martin.

MAVS
In:KD
Out: Martín/Hardy/Powell/O-Max/PJ/Gafford/FRP(11)

In reality, the Mavs are only losing Gafford (well covered), PJ (receiving KD), and the other players can be replaced at minimums (Edwards/Kai Jones/B Williams). I think KD gives them a real (remote) shot at winning a championship, if they can stay healthy. Anyway, after AD/KI, the outlook is terrible; they're doubling down.

Lively/K.Jones
AD/K.Edwards
KD/Marshall
Klay/Christie
*Irving/B.Williams/FA(CP3?)

NETS
In:Beal/O-Max/Hardy/Powell/11/Future FRP
Out: Johnson/Russell (ST)

They get another lottery pick and a future asset, Beal's salary won't hurt their goal of getting a high pick next year (that's why they got their picks back, right?) and another future FRP, next year Beal's massive contract could come in handy.

The Nets and the Suns wouldn't do it.

Mavs wins this trade badly.

Beal is worse than Cam Johnson as a player for player. But Cam Johnson is just a solid role player (5th best player on a contender). The Nest will not want never to do that trade, #11 isn't valuable another to eat that NTC and $111M for an injured/not good enough to start player.

KD will need to bring a combination of good players AND draft capital. No offers like that? No problem, extension and try to win. Try to trade him if needed at the next deadline.

Can't combine the Russell S&T with the 25 draft pick so its DOA on that.

Also would need reasons why Beal does this due to his NTC. I can't see him signing off on this.

Feel like Phoenix just does the Dallas trade and hopes they draft well at 11..

Paying to turn Beal into two decent rotation pieces doesn’t really change the season if KD is no longer there. Phoenix just ends up with two less assets for when (if?) there is a chance to trade for a star to pair with Booker.
