Can play off ball but also has on ball juice and playmaking chops. Unfortunately I don’t think Garland is available so they should go for TEMU Garland and go after Anfernee Simons, but not sure if the Blazers are ready to give up the reigns

Temu Garland is the funniest thing I have heard in awhile.

lol.

Thanks I just made it up. Btw what’s the word on Simon’s from Blazers fans? It looks like your team will try to be more competitive next season but there’s an overlap of talent in the backcourt. You guys open to trading him?

The fans are ready to send him packing. The fear is that the front office will ask too much in trade for him.

I would drive him from POR to ORL for the right deal.

I was hoping and expecting this to be one of the first replies. You did not disappoint. Jroy have it all.

What are the 76ers going to do next year with Embiid hurt for most of the season? What would Maxey's cost be? I still like something between A. Black and Ivey.

Cole Anthony, this years picks and filler salary should be what the Magic are looking to move out right now. Can always dump KCP later.

Anthony, Filler, #25 for Sexton would be a direct offensive upgrade of Anthony while not gaining anything defensively but also not having to commit past next season financially.
Jazz do it for the pick.

Anthony, Howard, #25 to Brooklyn (Nets buy another 1st for around 18M)
#16 to Indiana
Nembhard to Orlando

There is obviously room to negotiate on the picks. Maybe the Nets would rather #16 over #25 and are willing to send out #26 or #27 so Pacers get 2 of #25, #26, #27 instead of #16.

Edit: Pacers can cut out the Nets if they are happy to eat expiring salary for the pick.

Nembhard is not available for a pick. Maybe for an upgrade elsewhere. Pacers would dump toppin if they need salary relief

Toppin and McConnell would be available. Nembhard is not. He’s not just another PG, or playing out of position, he’s essentially the perfect guard pairing for Tyrese Haliburton. He’s a keeper.

If not Maxey, Cain could be a sneaky pickup for Orlando.

I'd like Ivey...but McCain might be my favorite target. Tough to do anything to match bigger salaries but I'd give 2 frps in a Hail Mary in hopes that McCain is for real.

How about:
ORL sends: Jett Howard, #25 and ORL 26 frp (Top 5)
PHI sends: McCain

It would probably require more imo.

I think Silva (an older, ready to give steady minutes) cost controlled kind of player would better suit Philly needs.

However, Philly is strapped financially so they might inevitably look to move Maxey (in hopes McCain can eventually be as productive) for depth pieces (financial move).

2nd apron team in the lottery is bad business and not sustainable longterm without real success.

I'd empty the pick vault for Maxey...he is just an amazing fit, amazing guy...too good a fit to even ponder...if there was ever a "Godfather offer" guy for ORL, it's Maxey.

KCP & Wendell Carter, #16, #25, ORL 26 frp (top 5), ORL 28 frp (top 5)
Why for PHI: Top 5 pick this year, maybe tank once more and get PG and Embiid healthy. IF McCain is close to becoming Maxey, then a pairing with KCP is very complementary. WCJ can cover quality minutes at C, but also play PF next to Embiid or Drummond. WCJ can switch well on the perimeter but is also physical enough to bang inside. 4 legit frps to build with quickly, along with their own high picks...quick re-tool without a serious teardown.

It's been long foretold that it's gonna be for Simons. He'll average 25 a game there.
