Lakers get: Porzingis
Lakers send: Gabe Vincent, Maxi Kleber, Jarred Vanderbilt, two seconds.
Why for LA? Gamble on Porzingis' health coming back while trading away three players that aren't valuable to them but are valuable to Boston as they need these guys to dump into various trade exceptions. Even if Porzingis doesn't work out, he will be more appealing as matching salary than these three are due to Porzingis being fully expiring while Vanderbilt has money left on his deal.
Jazz get: Two seconds from Lakers, Jarred Vanderbilt
Jazz send: Use of MLE on absorbing Vanderbilt's contract.
Why for Utah? In for a long-haul tank so might as well take a small but multi year deal for a couple of picks.
Wizards get: One second from Boston, Maxi Kleber.
Wizards send: Use of MLE on absorbing Kleber's contract.
Why for Wizards? Space for picks.
Hornets get: One second from Boston, Gabe Vincent.
Hornets send: Use of MLE on absorbing Vincent's contract
Why for Hornets? Space for picks.
Celtics get: $30m in cap savings
Celtics send: Porzingis, two seconds
Why for Celtics? Dump Porzingis to save a ton of money.
So I go back and forth a lot on how much compensation the Jazz, Wizards, and Hornets would need to take on these deals. This feels like the low end of it? I could see each of the three tanking teams needing one extra pick to absorb this salary. Boston has 28 and 32 and can probably turn those into 5-7 future seconds that they could use to make this deal happen even if extra compensation is required.
I have no idea what Luka and KP's current relationship is like and that would obviously matter a lot in a trade.

i think this is good value for all teams if the Jazz get the best two SRPs in the deal, as they're the only team taking on money beyond next season.

If the Jazz can't find any better use for the MLE, then sure, why not?

A single 2nd is not going to near enough to eat a Kleber at 11m. Jazz likely charge more too to the longer JV contract too, depending on if they like him or not as a actual player. 2nds range in value from 2m to 5-6m range if sold. A guy like Kleber is just a line item for a team like Washington. They would need max cash and likely another 2nd to eat Kleber.
KP/Luka combo has some terrible underlying metrics, it that something a team wants to replicate.

Re: BOS-LAL-UTA-WAS-CLT, KP and Luka reunited.
All of the salary dump deals are light on cost. BOS owes a 1st to clear this much money. 2nds from LAL is probably fair for turning ~$30M of expiring player on bad players into a very good player on an expiring deal (albeit injury prone), but they're shedding 2 years of Vandy's deal entirely which I think probably costs a 1st.
The problem is that LAL shouldn't be motivated to up their cost here since since KP isn't a long term answer and if he's hurt he can't even be a short term one. And if BOS is going to make their long term outlook pretty murky by including 1st round picks, they should do it with Jrue so it's at least multi year savings. And without those teams paying what I think they owe here, no way to bridge the gap with the salary dump teams.

The way so many have no idea how the luka/kp relations on and off court were/is makes me think im on reddit and not realgm. There is less then zero % chance luka resigns if lakers idea is bringing a bad fit like kp in that also he doesnt get along with

The Wizards aren't paying a whopping $11M to absorb Kleber's contract in exchange for one solitary SRP likely in the distant future that is likely to be in the high 40's or low 50's so long as Tatum is on the roster. There will be better opportunities to buy picks elsewhere.
The same argument applies to Utah who won't be absorbing Vanderbilt $36M in remaining salary for just two late SRP's. And I doubt Charlotte is absorbing $11.5M for a late SRP.
Teams like Washington, Utah and Charlotte don't exist for the sole purpose of solving Boston and LA's problems.

Washington has no incentive here, Maxi is cooked beyond well done

a Boston 2nd definitely isn't enough for us to blow our only real chance to add a FA on Vincent, unless it's #32 this year

Porzingis was definitely a disgruntled player in Dallas so yes, it's likely that Luka's relationship with his isn't good though not a certainty.
