that is straight silliness when the cost is just Nurkic+Okogie. Porzingis is a much better player and a much better fit (especially with the way Lee likes to play)

you can definitely argue whether to keep KP long term or not, but at the end of the day a KP for Nurk+Okogie swap is an actually productive expiring for a worthless expiring, and an ok expiring. I think it's objectively a win for next season unless Porzingis straight up isn't able to play due to his illness.

I don't see Utah moving Sexton in a deal where the only incentive might end up as two SRPs.

That’s why Ainge would counter with 26 top 4 protected and if not conveyed 27 the top pick of the mess of picks that was earlier discussed. Utah has no need for 2nds for quite a while.

This is a no way from the Nets. 2 more years of kuzma is a negative. A 2031 FRP is nice to pickup, but may not even be worth taking on the Kuzma contract let alone punting whatever value cam johnson has. I'm pretty sure CamJ is going to get traded but as part of some kind of a deal where the Nets manipulate more current draft assets.
