OKC-Dallas-Chi-LAL-BRK, another try
I think this one works
OKC goes for an instant upgrade, and saves some long term salary.
Chi focuses on the future, and improves their defense A LOT
LAL get their rim runner
Dallas gets a much needed guard
BRK gets a young talent and a solid wing
A big deal, but I think this one makes everyone better, either now or in the future
BRK sends #26 to Chi and #27 to OKC
BRK gets Knecht and #24
LAL send Kleber to Chi, Knecht to BRK
LAL get Gafford
Chi sends White to Dallas and Port pick to OKC
Chi gets Kleber, Dieng, #15, #26
Dallas sends PJ Washington to OKC and Gafford to LAL
Dallas gets CWhite and Wiggins
OKC sends #15/Dieng to Chi and AWiggins to Dallas and the #24 to BRK
OKC gets PJ Washington, #27 and Port pick
BRK gets a shooter cheap who still has 3 years on his rookie deal and moves up a bit to #24.
Lakers get their rim runner, a great fit in their starting lineup
Bulls move on from White, adding the #15, Dieng and the #26. Kleber is harmless vet filler
Bulls go with
Ball/Ayo/JCarter
Giddey/Huerter
Matas/PWill/Phillips
Newell (#12)/Dieng/Kleber
Vuc/Collins/JSmith
Bulls still would have #15 (lots of options) and #26 (best center left-would love Beringer). They can buy out JCarter if necessary. This sets the Bulls up better for the future and improves our defense a LOT (especially if they move Vuc and start Collins)
Dallas exchanges Washington for White-both are solid starters but White's a better fit with what they have, and a tab younger. They also add Wiggins, and save almost $7 million
OKC adds a stud in Washington. They are SUPER deep and don't need WIggins. They also add a future 1st, and draft best big available at #27

Is Dallas trading Gafford or no? Looks like yes, but you don't list it in the costs for Dallas.

Am I the only one that's too stupid to follow these 5 team trade proposals? There's so much going on, my simpleton brain can't keep up.

Also really feels like Brooklyn and LA would not be needed here. And both seem to be siphoning off value.

Sorry, I fixed it.
The deal could be simplier
White to Dallas
Washington to OKC
Dieng/Wiggins/#15 to Chi

I prefer/value Wiggins more than white or pj personally

LAL owes the Mavs at least a first in this Gafford trade. Gafford is definitely significantly better than Maxi and Knecht. You look at #15 and #24. You will not be able to find a player anywhere close to Gafford's level. Not to mention you ain't getting the Mavs any pick from LAL.

Re: OKC-Dallas-Chi-LAL-BRK, another try
Gafford is easily more valuable than Mark William. How come LAL pay even less for Gafford? Gafford is better than most starting centers in this league. This dude is truefully a landlord. That's prime Theo Ratliff and Ben Wallace. LAL has to pay to get. I don't even think Knecht could be better than OMax, quite frankly. Don't think about robbing the Mavs twice the same year. All of the Mavs fans are mad twice. (Luka and Grimes trade) Let's not do it again. I know Nico is still in the office, though.

You have the Mavs trading 2 starters for 1.2 without any draft pick. I don't think it's fair.

Trade any of Martin, Hardy, Powell, Prosper, 2nds for a rotation center and you feel like your two time line thing is better off. Wiggins should be worth more than this.
If you get Chicago on board with their deal, I think you can just cut the rest of it out and make it a three team deal? Have Dallas chip in future 2nds to Chi or OKC if you feel they need them.

If im Dallas, i cut everyone out and look for a Wiggins+24 for PJ trade. Wiggins at <10mill is much better value than White at what will be >25mill (and probably somewhat higher than that looking for an Quickley deal). Wiggins can also play more credibly beside Kyrie

I don't think OKC trades that for PJ.
It also leaves Dallas still needing to find a shot creator because Wiggins isn't that and it now devalues Klay and Christie further while removing one of their few avenues towards a creator.
With no Kyrie for 50 games and nobody who can create offense better than Naji Marshall or Brandon Williams, it won't matter how well Wiggins fits next to Kyrie, the season will be lost. And I know for many posters that result is just fine. But Niko has to win next year.
This keeps getting brushed aside in Dallas threads, but its truly the defining thing about the Mavs off-season. They aren't trading AD(unless he demands out) and they will try and make more win now moves because if Dallas misses the playoffs again having sold us that AD in for Luka makes Dallas a better basketball team, he's pretty much got to be fired. There would be no way Vegas could keep him at that point.
And if we know one thing about Niko Harrison, its that he's about Niko Harrison and only Niko Harrison.

It's crazy to luck in to Flagg and then be forced to win on Niko's timeline. Trading AD, getting Kyrie on an opt-in and extend deal where he extends on a lower number (35ish mill) and bringing him slow to tank the season, trade Gaff, trade or extend PJ, tank the season, try and find a home for Klay, invest in Flagg..
All of this just kind of writes itself, but Mavs are stuck in Nico's vision.

If for some reason we can extend PJ I would consider moving Joe instead of wiggins so
Joe+24 . Can negotiate for Joe+15 obviously .

If I am OKC, I wont give up Wiggins, he is so good, and under very very good contract of 8-9M for 4 more years. PJ is nice to get, but resigning him will be a big problem for OKC, given that they need to sign Chet and JW to max contract very soon.
