MIL using a bunch of 2nds to turn one year of Dame super old and coming off major injury to two years of still solid but wildly overpaid Beal that actually fits their roster well makes sense. Phoenix adds some minor assets and can try to use Dame’s expiring deal next year in a deal as filler or just let him play PG.

I like Lillard for George more. 76ers could expect to not get a lot of Embiid next year anyway, and try for top 4 pick protection again. Then hope for a miracle in 26-27 with returning Lillard and healthy Embiid.

I don't see it as smoothly. PG is still better than Beal. PHI has to pay assets, even if just 2nds, for the shed contract year but they get a worse player and a worse fit since Maxey/McCain/Grimes. Obviously there's great value in getting off the 3rd year of PG's deal, but not sure PHI is ready to commit to him as dead weight yet. And even on the Phoenix side, I'd think if it were only 2nds coming back (and I can't see PHI using 1st rounders for this) is it even worth taking on that 3rd year and continuing to kick the can down the road on the hell they're in?

With Dame, MIL know that he's bringing literally nothing for all/most of next year with Giannis staying but seemingly getting closer and closer to wanting out. And since the contract term is the same but without a NTC, it gives Phoenix some extra flexibility next year potentially to go with the 2nds. I just think it's cleaner deal for both sides.

if Beal is open to playing for Charlotte, I'd offer Beal+#10 for Bridges, Green, Salaun, #33. Ishbia gets some immediate cap savings ($10M-ish plus lux tax) and a Michigan State guy in the frontcourt. We get stuck with the 2/$110M on Beal

But I highly highly doubt Beal is accepting the NTC for us. He'll do it for a more complete team but not us imo.
