CHA/PHI/WAS: 3, 4, 6 (all picks, no players)

CHA trades: 4, 2026 PHX/WAS/ORL/MEM 1st (Least favorable of PHX, WAS 1-8, ORL and MEM)
in: 3
Charlotte moves up to ensure they get VJ.

PHI trades: 3
in: 6, 18, 2026 PHX/WAS/ORL/MEM 1st (Least favorable of PHX, WAS 1-8, ORL and MEM)
Philly moves back for Kneuppel who seems like he can fit in their lineup if they aren't enamored with Ace + they pick up some additional picks to replenish depth (or, in the case of the future 1st, grease the wheels of another deal).

WAS trades: 6, 18
in: 4
Washington moves up to grab Tre Johnson or Ace Bailey.

Yes for Sixers.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Grimes/Edgecombe/Gordon
Oubre/Edwards/Council
George/Watford/Walker
Embiid/Bona/Drummond/Broome

Charlotte gets VJ, Wiz get Bailey, Sixers get more assets. Looks good all around to me.

I think one of Washington's targets listed will be available at 6. If not, Jakucionis is a great consolation prize.

Charlotte says yes

Alternatively, Charlotte accepts the same offer from WAS if Philly is out of it with the target being Kon

Wizards say no. Nobody at 4 is worth losing 18.

I think a double trade down like this makes a lot of sense for the Sixers.

The Charlotte part fits.

They can then auction Ace off to whoever wants to give them the most desirable package between the Jazz, Wizards, Pelicans or Nets.

I think both move up teams pay too little, particularly Charlotte, but if Philly has the intel that nobody is going to mess things up for them by taking their guy at 5, they might settle for this.

Serious question. Should it cost more to go 6 —> 4 or 4 —> 3?

I think Washington is paying more than Charlotte here. I’m not sure that’s right.

In a vacuum its definitely not right imo. I think the caveat being made is with no teams in between Philly can be assured they still get their guy. To then drop from 4 to 6, there is another party who could take your guy or trade their pick to someone who takes your guy so you would want more value.

I will riot if we pay a premium for a #3 scoring option with multiple potential #1 or #2 scoring options on the board at 4.

Our offense was BAD!

Why is Washington even in the trade? Just cut them out!
