Sure. But it's not Haliburton's physical play that makes him. He's simply a smart player with great vision. His shot has always been low "physicality". I just have faith he'll bounce back close to what he was, because what he was has never been a physical freak? And his value is in making the game SO MUCH EASIER for all his teammates. He helps them get insanely easy buckets with his passing.

There isn't a trade I would include Tyrese in. Not even after the injury.

From the moment they acquired him he has been everything you could want in your franchise player and then some. He has embraced the whole thing and performed on the court. They have built the entire team around him and have had a great run the last 2 years. Finding that guy isn't easy.

Yes the injury is tough to come back from. Yes there is a real chance that he isn't the same player as before the injury and they never get back what they had. I'm more than willing to take that chance. No hesitation from me to turn down this and any other trade that included Haliburton.

I'll never forget the Colts decision to move on from Peyton and start over around Luck. On paper it made all the sense in the world. With hindsight I think, or would hope, they would have kept Peyton. I'm not saying Tyrese is the Peyton Manning of the NBA but I do feel that when you a franchise player and everything fits and you have the proof then you stick with him through major injuries and all. JMO.

This is pretty good. I think Mathurin should go to Boston with Hauser going to Indiana.
