After Oubre and Drummond Opt in.

Philly Trades: Oubre and Drummond

Chicago Trades: Patrick Williams

Chicago gets two productive players on expiring deals while trading Williams's lon terms contract. Rumors were that they have been trying to trade Williams since he signed that $90MM deal.

Philly buys cheap on a player that could fit in at SF/PF for them. They need a PF that can soak up minutes because they are most likely going to lose Yabusele.

The Bulls aren't willing to just dump Patrick Williams, sorry you're wrong.

Drummond is too good to just hang around as one of 4 Bulls' centers, can you make a Vucevic trade, that's what this needs to be looked at. Even then with Collins and Smith they have too many centers for 48 minutes. Oubre is no better than Williams even if you want to rationalize the contracts.

I couldn’t agree more. Williams contract is atrocious. Oubrea can actually play. Drummond will be gone this year anyway.

I have always enjoyed watching Drummond, but I'm sad to say he looked two steps beyond cooked last year. Well into not an NBA player territory.

Bulls should consider themselves lucky if they could get out William's contract like this. I'm not convinced Pat is a total lost cause, but I'm not sure why Philly would consider this. Oubre is far and away more productive/valuable, no?
