The Spurs get a great backup and one of the best vibes guys in the league. I was surprised he didn't get his bag last offseason but it pays off for him. The Spurs have to hope Kornet bucks the trend of former Celtics rarely panning out.

yep always like to see guys get their set their family up for life deals. Good on him. And our Spurs fans don't have to worry about him taking too many center minutes...

Yup. I love Luke and wish him nothing but the best, but he’s a backup center and I’m happy the Celtics didn’t match this.

Tremendous fit in SA though.

Spurs clearly want to win now. They actually got a legitimate backup for Wemby. Should make a huge difference to keep things afloat when Wemby sits or is out.

Great pickup by the Spurs. He'll make 6% of the salary cap. His analytics are off the charts. If he didn't look like a goof ball more people would know how good this guy is. He's a more impactful player than counting stats guys like Ayton, Richards or Mark Williams.
