LeBron takes his talents back to South Beach

Post#1 » by _GH0ST_ » Thu Jul 3, 2025 10:37 am

Heat receive: LeBron James, Gabe Vincent

Lakers receive: Andrew Wiggins, Terry Rozier, Jaime Jaquez Jr

Why for Heat: Increase your chances of being a competitor in the easy east. Not an expensive move.

Why for Lakers: The Lakers were already known to be interested in Wiggins. Also getting Jaime Jaquez Jr.

I think the Lakers would be extremely lucky to get an offer like this.

Do we think the Duncan deal can be expanded?

I’d like this a lot better if Miami kept Wiggins out of it and use an asset in his place..

Not sure if that’s realistic or not, but I think LAL should definitely take the OP if the LBJ asks for a trade.

This is the right framework, a bit short on value though, replace Vincent with Vando, keep JJJ, but it's not LAL that's the problem, LeBron needs to see some upgrades to the roster before approving this deal, Mitchell/Herro/Highsmith/LeBron/Bam is a good starting 5, but the team will have 0 bench.
