Cleveland: Strus
OKC: Joe
Cavs save 3.5 million this year but takes on an extra year of Joe that OKC might not want once they pay Williams.
OKC shaves a year off Joe and adds another veteran similar to Caruso trade last year.

I think the Cavs want Strus’s salary to expire when it does so they can duck the 2nd apron after two seasons above it.

Re: Cleveland/OKC
I suspect the roster is pretty locked. Okoro is gone. Merrill has been re-signed. Swapping Strus for Joe doesn't make a lot of sense given those two moves.

Joe and Merril are pretty repeatitive, doesn't make sense for the Cavs.
