I like the OP for all four teams.

Trade machine says Charlotte is taking on about 11 million extra here and falls 2.9 short. Then has to pay 2.2 million to dump Plumlee.

But my main opposition to this deal for Charlotte is I value Sexton's Bird Rights and really want to keep him long term. I don't consider Gafford as a player I'd want here 3 years.

I think Charlotte can do better than Gafford (eventually) in a trade and should aim higher.

i think Pat C matches Gafford and Sexton + NSJ matches Simons. would technically be separate trades:

trade 1: Simons for Sexton + NSJ

then

Boston out: Sexton
Boston in: Martin, Pat C

Charlotte out: Pat C, 3nds
Charlotte in: Gafford

Dallas out: Gafford, Martin
Dallas in: Sexton, 3 seconds

then

Boston out: NSJ
Boston in: nothing

Dallas out: 2nd
Dallas in: Reath

Portland out: Reath
Portland in: NSJ, 2nd

I don't think Sexton is the piece for winning. But Daniel Gafford is.

DoLo and Sexton is redundant in terms of pure offensive players with no defense. This kind of players cannot play in playoff. This is pretty much Hardy-like on bigger contract.
