Successful Trade Scenario
Congratulations on a successful trade.
Due to Indiana and Phoenix being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Indiana and Phoenix had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

PHX doesn't have their own 2008 1st unless you're referring to the ATL pick.

i think u gave to give PHX more than just Foster-Harrison and a 2nd rounder if we're giving up Skinner AND the ATL 08

we also need some type of back up guard if we are to give up Banks.

then take skinner out and replace him w/ a weak contract...the atl pick stays...your backup guard can be dj strawberry, bell, barbosa whoever u want to bring off the bench...phoenix NEEDS foster.

I think Pacers would accept this mainly for the 1st round pick. We lose a lot of height though. But with 2 first round picks we could pick someone up in draft for next year. I like this and I think it makes sense for both teams.
