Sixers trade: Miller, Carney, and Jason Smith
Sixers receive: Elton Brand
Clippers trade: Brand and Tim Thomas
Clippers receive: Arenas, Etan Thomas, Carney and Smith
Wizards trade: Arenas and Etan
Wizards receive: Miller and Tim Thomas
It works in the checker as is but the Wiz clearly need to get more. Not sure what we could tweak, though. We could get a pick from Philly but they're already essentially giving up two firsts. Maybe a pick swap?

no. your insane to think they woudl take it.
1. We only want brand if Miller stays
2. We only want brand if we can sign him to our own contract
3. We arnt willing to trade Jason Smith
Sixers are rebuilding, so why would we trade our young pf for an old one with health problems

They also want peace in the Middle East - doesn't mean it'll happen. The 6ers would be absolutely insane to pass on this.
They're rebuilding. Brand is 29, has played a zillion minutes & is coming off a serious injury. If he's healthy it would be OK. You also have to consider the amount of money that he is going to expect which could be a cap killer for most teams.
