NO has a very impressive team. That being said, the player value on NO is pretty concentrated into players you would never consider moving for something Chicago could offer.
Chandler, West and Paul are all off limits for anything reasonable.
Wright plays a position the Bulls are set at.
Peja is too old for Chicago to want.
Because of that, NO really has nothing of interest to the Bulls.

Hilton+filler for Thabo/Duhon would probably be alright with me.
I think the Bulls should accept that deal. I'm not huge on Thabo, and Hilton is a real bigman with some potential. He's having a rough go of it right now, but I always felt like its easier to get serviceable guards than serviceable centers.

I'm high on Hilton, but it seems unfortunately that he'll be best going the way of Brandon Bass. He's played really well in preseason, but he's had trouble staying out of Byron's doghouse. I think moving him to a more...patient atmosphere, will allow him to really work on his game.
Not to say I've lost hope on him in New Orleans, but as a trading asset that's how I view him thus far in his career.
A fundamentally-sound, pass-first PG, combined with a potential SG of the future would IMO be worth letting him go.

Hilton would potentially be your 5. He's got good size, is a solid defender (good shot blocker), and has displayed a budding offensive game. I don't think he'd really interfere with what you're trying to do with Tyrus/Noah.
If anything, it might allow him to focus even more on his offense while he's settling in.
