GS declines. Baron is the heart and soul of that team. Ray is good, but he's lost a step and the Warriors already have decent wing players.

I dont think Ray has lost a step more that he needs to be the man.

No way GSW trades Baron for an older SG.....what would be the point? As for SG....Ellis is playing better than Allen NOW--and if you fast forward about 2 years....... then Ellis has a much bigger edge.
CENSORED... No comment.

Ray Allen is just a shooter. He is a horrible defender.

Baron is top 3 pg in the league, why trade him for a barely top 15 SG.

Just because Boston is playing well doesn't mean Allen is great. You take KG off htat team and they struggle to make the playoffs.

GSW should look to find a way to get JKidd and pair him with Davis in the backcourt.

Two things:

1. JKidd is redundant with Baron

2. The money doesn't work unless we a) completely gut our roster or b) send out Baron.

So no.

JKidd isn't redundant with Baron. Baron can concentrate on scoring while JKidd could be the distributor.

Perhaps, but it's still not wise IMO to spend assets on getting a second top 5 PG when we have much more pressing needs (a big man being most evident).
