Blazers & Phoenix: Get PHO a center who
can play D and the Blazers a PG for the Future to pair with Roy.
Blazers trade PRYZBILLA and one of the following:
Jack/Sergio/Webster/Outlaw/Blake
for BARBOSA and whatever filler necessary. Any interest?

Roy is a PG, if Barbosa can handle the ball decently, play D on the small quick guys and shoot the ball well that is what POR could use.

That's why Phoenix has no use of him. He won't be a starter, and he won't be getting 30mpg unless both Amare and Marion/Diaw got injured.

The 2005-06 Suns will always have a special place in my heart

no not recently, but in the past couple years he's had some strings of games playing big minutes and you see lots of 15, 17 rebounds, 5 blocks kinda games

Przybilla is one of the league's best rebounders, shot blockers, and defensive players. Hes not terrible. With Oden having Microfracture knee surgery we need Joel as a back-up. Hes a fan favorite in Portland for his toughness and dedication to this team. He isn't going anywhere as of now.
Barbosa is an interesting player but hes a fast break type player more suited for the Suns or Golden State type offense. The Blazers play at the 2nd slowest pace in the NBA to increase their effeciency in the half court.
I dont think that would mesh well...

Barbosa isn't really a PG, he's more of a combo guard. Seems like we already have that possition filled with that other guy we took from you last draft named Rudy Fernandez.
We also have several PG's of the future in Rodriguez (from the Suns), Peteri Koponen and heck even Steve Blake is only 2 years older than Barbosa. And as mention before, I'm not sure Barbosa would thrive in our system.
