Id never offer it, so i'm clearly not offended. No need for a guy with Simmons flaws. Go on the GB and look at the threads to see what the majority think of him. Hes the most overhyped player of our generation

Definitely came to this thread looking to foster some great discussion, eh?
I came into say that while others have suggested, and on the t&t board I'm probably in the minority, I would far rather have Fox.

Then a sixers fan immediately made a snarky reply, so I told him how I really felt.

I like Ben and root for him. But the hype on this board around him doesn't match any semblance of reality. It doesn't match reddit or even the general board. No idea why the trade board is obsessed with him.

Denver doesnt offer anything like that for Simmons. He Kills the spacing and doesnt protect the rim. Jokic makes Simmons better but Simmons doesnt make Jokic or Denver better. We can find a non shooting defensive wing for much , much cheaper.

You have every right to your opinion but I’m guessing we should strive to be better then reddit here.

You see a lot of “hype” here, I see a lot of people who look to define him largely by his non-existent jump shot instead of what he does really well, which is literally everything else. Fox’s 29% 3 point shot really shouldn’t get him a whole lot of added value in comparison there.

He’s far from a floor spacer for sure, but some of y’all really just look right on past his very high percentage 16 PPG he gets you. He does *score*.

Sadly we've again reached the bottom.
