He is a minimum contract guy who helps when he plays. He's at the back of the roster. I don't have expectations I can get a player as useful as him who plays every night for the minimum. I try and deal in what's real. sorry.

They aren’t official yet. That’s why on draft night Silver described them as “in a trade to be completed later”.

True I live in hypothetical Mavs trades that are borderline idolatry, but I just think Exum has proven to be unreliable all things considering so the spot could have been given to another. Especially if this means the team has to stretch someone or pay to dump a guy. Exum isnt worth that.

Who says no? Thybulle gives the LAKERS a defensive specialist.
The Blazers are loaded on the wing, getting a 3D guard. I think it's a better positional fit for both teams.

Totally get that, his bargain contract is just one of the reasons I like him as a target for Dallas. I think he fits and from what I remmeber is friends with Cooper, so win win

There's a star asking out and GM's caught wind. He's holding up smaller moves.

That's my hypothesis.

The silver lining is that most teams have taken care of their big ticket items.

Last deadline was wild and didn't wait long for the last star who wanted out - Butler.

So I'm hopeful.

Hornets top 5 scoring options are LaMelo (1) - Miller (2) - Sexton (3) - Miles (4) - Tre Mann (5).

Seems that firepower deserves a real center. Maybe the Hornets are one of the teams tied up in that relocation.
